Google search result shows you lots of websites with NLP programs to stop stuttering and overcome public speaking fears. Lots of people have tried and some are still trying. Some get results and others just waste money. I want to present the core part, I mean conclusion for those who have still a hope to speak fluently and confidently.
Hi, I've just read a book about NLP, and I found that it was very useful to change some of our behavior or deep intentions that stuck with us years and years.
The technique called Re framing, the main idea from this is to separate the behavior from the intention. here I'll tell an example:
Suppose that Mohamed has initial fear feelings from speaking to public in whatever situation and Mik will help him to eliminate this initial fear, imagine this scenario takes place:
Mik- Do you have initial feelings of fear of public speaking?
Mohamed- Yes
Mik- Go to the part of yourself who is generating this kind of feelings, imagine that he is an inner person in yourself, tell him I want to talk with you about the subject of this feelings, tell him, are you ready to talk with me?
Mohamed- I've asked him and he is ready.
Mik- Tell him, I know that you have good intention to make me feel anxious and fear before I speak to public, I'm sure that you have positive intention to make this happen to me, just tell me your main deep intention?
Mohamed: I asked him about his intention, and he told me that the main intention is to reminding me that I won't be able to speak to the public, because I'll stutter as usual, so he wants to keep me on my favorite zone, the main intention is to keep me in my favorite safest zone that I already knew because it's the SAFEST ZONE for me that he knows.
Mik: tell him "Thanks a lot my friend for your care about myself by keeping myself in the safest zone", then go to the part of yourself who is responsible on generating creative and new ideas, imagine he is an inner person in yourself, ask him to create three effective ways to keep yourself in a very SAFEST ZONE you ever imagine.
Mohamed- Yes, he answered me with these three methods: Take very deep breaths, tell yourself positive effective affirmations, and meditate, then imagine that you are in the safest zone you really need.
Mik- Tell him thank you, and return back to the part of yourself who generates the feelings of fear and tell him that you found new ways to keep myself in very SAFEST ZONE I ever imagine, can you help me to execute them to achieve the same purpose or intention you need?
Mohamed- he told me YES!!, I'am excited!!
Mik- tell him thank you and return back to all of your inner parts to make sure that they are confirming that they will do the new ways to keep yourself in the SAFEST ZONE.
Mohamed: Yes, I told them, and they all confirmed.
That's it, also you can visualize any future situation that you have to talk with public and remind yourself to execute the new three ways to keep yourself in the safest zone and prepare yourself to the real situation.
