Mirror Exercises for Stuttering and Positivity

Practising in front of the mirror is one of the most discussed topics over the internet when you tried to search the treatment, cure or exercises to stop stuttering. Some people are totally against this practise while some try for several times and then think that this is not working.

I have tried so many tricks, medication, positive affirmation as well as Yoga classes. I do not know which is exactly working for my fluence speech but every practice and task had given some little effect thus I can overcome my stuttering problems.

To do mirror exercise you must need a big mirror so you can see yourself just against you.

Facing yourself is the most difficult task in the world.

If you can do it you can face the whole world. Be confident and keep faith in your heart. This is 100% working. You can see changes within several months.

Short out all particular words and sentences that you stutter the most. Make a list and then say it against the mirror.
